Maavärin 3.6

Mu esimesel ööl oli siin maavärin mida pole siin juba kaua kaua olnud. Ma arvasin öösel et see on rong vms kuna esimene öö võõras kohas ma ju ei teadnud mis siin ümberringi on. Hommikul küsiti mult, et kas ma tundsin et oli maavärin ma, et WHAAAAT!!! :S

Yesterday, a 3.6 magnitude earthquake hit Maryland that is a region not used to seismic activity at all.

Although, the earthquake in Maryland was small, it caused panic amongst people, as people from Maryland on different social networking sites told in their statuses.

President Obama said to the press that he did not feel the Maryland earthquake. However, he knows people who felt tremors in Washington D.C.

The earthquake hit Maryland at about 5 a.m. and was not felt by most of the people.

According to the U.S. Geological Survey, this Maryland earthquake was the strongest quake felt in the region in the past 35 years.

An hour after the earthquake in Maryland, the count of people who felt earthquake was 5500.

There were no aftershocks after the earthquake. A person who felt the Maryland earthquake said that it felt like a plane was flying really close because there were loud sounds.
